So last year my best friend and I drove all the way up to Boyne for 3 days of scrapbooking. We were not dissapointed. The rooms were comfortable. The food excellent. The scrapbook area very welcoming with plenty of room. I cannot tell you just how much I enjoyed this trip. I was really bummed to find out they had switched it from august to may. I'm 8 months pregnant and will not be able to attend the event this weekend. (hubby said no) I recieved an email from traci at Boyne to tell me they had decided to do a 2nd crop in october. YAY!!!! Now let's see if I can leave my son for 3 days. Here is the information and the site to check it out. This trip is worth it and the price is very reasonable.

I will have to find someone else to room with this time because my best friend is due to have her baby at the end of september. It's baby season around here. ~meg~

The details "are coming soon" but I found the flyer from the May 08 crop. Prices are pretty good. It's probably at least a 3 hour drive from Port Huron - longer than I care to drive to scrapbook. But thanks for sharing - wish it was closer to Port Huron!
