As outlined in the first posting:


  • The swap is for 8"x8" pages featuring a "Salad" recipe
  • Use at least 2 layers of quality cardstock and a minimum of 1 embellishment (but the more the merrier!)
  • Include your name and contact info on the back of each sheet; we want to give everyone credit for their creativity and their cooking!
  • Contact me when you are ready to mail and I will forward you my address
  • When mailing, include a self-addressed envelope and postage equal to what it costs to mail the pages to me plus 2 extra stamps. No metered strips! Please - do not apply the postage to your envelope ahead of time! For the previous swap, this cost at least 2 people an extra $1 in postage that they would not have had to pay! I will return any unused postage to you.
  • Mark your mailing envelope "Do Not Bend!" (This will keep my postal carrier from shoving into a mailbox that is too small to hold it!)

The swaps will be due on March 31. (If anyone wants to work on them at the March 15 event and give them to me there, that's fine . . . I am planning to attend.) If "life happens" and your pages are going to be delayed, please contact me ahead of time. While we can hold the swap for a day or two, it is unfair to those who get their pages in by the deadline to postpone the deadline for longer than that!

Everyone will make 8 pages - 7 to swap and one for the hostess. You will NOT get one of your own back, so be sure to make an extra you can keep.

As a final note, because this is a mail-in swap there will not be an actual "meeting" on March 31. That is just the deadline for getting your pages to me!

Remember, do your best work and let the creative juices flow. If you have any questions, please let me know! Otherwise - can't wait to see what creative juices start flowing out there!!!
