We are pleased to announce our October weekend scrapbooking retreat.
Come share a fun filled weekend of 54 hours of scrapping
Each registrant will receive the following:
3 feet of cropping space with friends old and new .
54 hours Non-Interrupted scrapbooking time (no kids, husbands, boyfriends, telemarketers or pets)
Door Prizes through out the entire weekend.
Amazing raffles Friday, Saturday and Sunday

FRIDAY: CROP & RELAX
10am Check In At the Crop Room
Note: Hotel Check in Will Not Be Until 3PM

5PM Queen of the Crop Gets Crowned
Crop The Rest of The Night Away!!!! The Room Will Not Close till the last person goes to bed.

QUEEN OF THE CROP - The cropper who registers the MOST friends to Croppers Delight Weekend will be crowned QUEEN OF THE CROP! She will receive a special gift basket filled with fantastic scrapping supplies. She will also be the first on line for food with her friends. She will also receive a Croppers Delight "Queen of the Crop" T-Shirt.

Halloween Party - Saturday night we will be having a Halloween Party, we will be awarding a prizes for the most original costume! Throughout the Halloween Party you will of course be able to crop but if you would like to participate we will have some very interesting and fun games to play....and what good are games...without PRIZES!!!!!!!
We will have sign up sheets for the games throughout the day on Friday. But wait there is more....We will have DJ Laurelli Master of Ceremony spinning some great tunes while we play..

2 Suites Available:

Suite For Entire Weekend (4 people per room) Friday-Sunday $325.00 per person

Suite For Entire Weekend (5 people per room) Friday- Sunday $300.00 per person

Currently Day Croppers only, we will not open this up till September.

Note we have two rooms for this event: 1st room holds: 24 people, 2nd room holds 8 people. Room will be at time of RSVP if you would like to be in the second room, because of the amount of people in your group please let us know. Once 24 spots have been filled we will fill up the second room.


Registration is now open!
Payments must be made as followed: (Change from previous weekend crops)
At time of registration you will need to make your $100 deposit. The deposit can only be made via PayPal. This will guarantee your spot at the crop. Once you have made your deposit, please go into the files section and email us your registration form with all of the information filled in.
If you can not pay via paypal and would like to pay by check/money order please email us, you will have one week at the time we receive your email to send in your deposit to hold your spot.

Final payment for the crop will be due 1 month prior to the crop September 16th. This could be paid either by Check or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel by August 16th you will be issued your deposit back. Otherwise there is no refund policy unless we cancel the event. Please understand that we need to pay for many of the expenses up front based on the number of people who register.

Hi everyone,

We have a few spots left for the October weekend crop. And as promised we are opening up local and day spots.

Full weekend Commuter package $220 Friday 10am-Sunday 3pm. You can leave your stuff, and commute back and forth! You are included in everything that the crop has to offer (prizes, events, food etc.)

Friday only $70 from 10am-till you leave! (everything included for that day, food, events, prizes)

Saturday only $100 from 8am-till you leave (everything included for the day, food, events, and prizes)

Sunday only $50 from 8am-3pm (everything included for the day food and prizes)

Incase you think that might be alot of money for a day crop... Let me wet your appetite.
At our last event we gave out over $500 in prizes! and A free day crop!

You get Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and DESSERT!
Plus 6 lucky people get to particpate in our "game show" portion of Saturday night.
