Details
My good friend, Liz Duffy, owns Scrapbook Your Life! in San Diego. Her 15 year old daughter, Rachel, has epilepsy. Rachel is going to do the walk for Epilepsy in Washington DC on March 29.
My son had a lifetime of seizures:
So this is my second crop here to match the crops that Liz is doing in her store:
11 am to 11 pm in Lafayette CO at my home studio. Please donate $35 to Rachel's walk (first link above) and then email me that you have done so. I will add you to my email list and keep you posted on details.
Each person will have a 3' x 3' workspace with a padded rolling chair. Prizes, contests, give-aways. It will be a fun filled day! I will provide a pizza party around 6 pm. A lot of the girls want to go to a local Italian Bistro for lunch, but feel free to bring your own lunch and stay and play. Lunch will be at 12:30 pm.
Be sure to print out your receipt once you donate to the walk and keep it for your taxes!
We have been receiving tons and tons of prizes to give away. A Tim Holtz storage tin, sheets of rubber stamps, a stamp storage system, Spellbinders style dies, Twinkling H2Os, Peel-offs and so much more!!! We will probably have drawings about every 30 minutes all day long!
And at 9 pm.....we have a major prize to give away....but we're keeping it a secret. Retail value is over twice your donation to Rachel's fund!!!
This is going to be a party for sure! Still room for a few more, so sign up quick!

"We had a terrific time - Jen is a wonderful hostess - and the generosity of the group was amazing. If you can make it to one of these "play dates", you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. Thanks again, Jen!"
