Membership

Membership fee is $5.00 per year. Your membership fee is due after your first 30 days in the group. We want to give you some time to get to know us and hopefully you will find this is the group for you.

Who should join: Anyone and everyone who has an interest in scrapbooking; anyone interested in meeting wonderful talented women and having fun at local crops and events. Whether you are buying your first sheet of paper or have been doing this since the first corner rounder was introduced, this is the group for you.
Consultants and store owners are welcome to join the group, we only ask that you do not solicit the members of the group.

Who should not join?
Those who do not have an interest in scrapbooking and who do not want to meetup with others at local events and go to crops. We reserve the right to remove or deny any members who we feel are disruptive to the group. We try to have fun, but we also try to be drama free!

Please do not advertise other message boards.
Most importantly, please do not disrespect other members of the group.


LURKERS

We understand that joining a group can be a little intimidating and with that in mind we also understand that maybe you are a little shy. We do ask that you not be JUST A READER, but also a WRITER even if you want to talk about the weather. It sometimes makes people uncomfortable when we know you are part of the group and we never hear from you.



How does the RSVP system work?

Please only RSVP "yes" for events if you are sure you can attend. A "yes" RSVP should be treated like any other commitment you would make. If you told your friend you were going to meet her somewhere, you would let her know if something came up and you couldn't make it. Please provide the same courtesy to your friends here. It is so disappointing to attend an event that had a large number of "yes" RSVPs and only see a few actually show up! Not only for the organizers and other members, but for the venue that has made changes to accommodate our needs. So, please change your RSVP with as much notice if possible. Members who "no-show" on a "yes" RSVP more than 3 times are subject to removal.



What are the attendance requirements?

We ask that you attend a minimum of one event every 60 days. We understand that you have other commitments as well, but members who do not attend on any sort of regular basis are subject to removal as are members who do not visit the site in over 4 weeks.



This group is not only about scrapbooking and getting together to crop, but about establishing and building friendships.
